Katelyn and Jared’s Jackson Lake Lodge wedding was filled with effortless romance, vibrant color, and quiet moments that authentically and beautifully told the story of who they are. From a sweet first look to their golden retriever standing beside them at the ceremony, their day was deeply personal and joyfully relaxed. Every part of their celebration felt grounded in what mattered most: connection, nature, and the people they love.
Set against the sweeping backdrop of Grand Teton National Park, this wedding brought together the drama of the mountains with the easy elegance of a summer day. From start to finish, their celebration was honest, emotional, and so much fun to capture.

Private Vows with a View
Before the ceremony, Katelyn and Jared chose to share a first look and private vows with the Grand Teton range rising behind them. This was one of my favorite parts of the day! I felt so honored to witness these two take a quiet moment to breathe, laugh, and let the meaning of it all sink in. The Tetons towered in the background, but somehow, they only had eyes for each other.
Katelyn wore a fit-and-flare gown and sheer veil, holding a wildflower-inspired bouquet that echoed the vibrant colors of the Jackson summer. Jared looked sharp in a linen-colored tux and bowtie, with a matching boutonniere pinned to his lapel. Altogether, they were the picture of timeless joy.

An Intimate Ceremony Beside Colter Bay
The ceremony took place in a quiet clearing near Colter Bay, one of the most scenic corners of the park. Their wedding party included just their closest people. Plus, they also let their adorable golden retriever join in! It was a soft, heartfelt ceremony that felt like a true reflection of who they are.
The relaxed atmosphere carried through the entire day. They even enjoyed a cold beer together before walking down the aisle. These kinds of playful, lighthearted moments remind me how important it is to slow down and savor your wedding day.

Reception Details Inspired by the Summer Sky
After the ceremony, guests gathered at Jackson Lake Lodge to celebrate the newlyweds. The lodge’s blend of rustic charm and understated elegance was the perfect setting for their reception. Candlelight flickered on tables lined with colorful blooms, designed to mirror the hues of sunset and wildflower meadows.
The planning team created a seamless flow for the evening, with thoughtful planning details and elevated touches throughout. All in all, the entire event was curated to feel natural and grounded while also striking luxurious notes that honored the setting and the couple’s style.

Sunset Portraits in Grand Teton National Park
Just before the light faded, we stepped away to explore some of the park’s quiet corners for portraits. The blue sky blushed in vibrant oranges and pinks, echoing the floral palette from earlier in the day. These golden-hour moments are always magic, but with Katelyn and Jared, they felt even more cinematic.
Their connection was easy to photograph. They held each other like no one else existed, their laughter blending with the hush of the park around them. These images are some of my favorites from their wedding gallery—romantic, intimate, and full of feeling.
